Which Weight Reducing Diet is The Best For You

There are many weight reducing diets available in today's market place. However you may be thinking which on is the best for me.  Many diets have been developed over the years. You will have to consider the one that is appropriate for you. Of course you will have to supplement your new diet with another life style change. This would be an increase in physical activity called exercise.



So what are some of the more popular diets available and have proven results. Here is a partial list.

1. THE PALEO DIET 
      Apparently this diet is based on what people in the past used to eat. These people were hunters
      and gatherers and existed before agriculture was developed. The theory behind this diet is that
      most modern disease is linked to the consumption of processed foods, dairy and grains heavily
      found in our modern world. This diet has a downside as dairy and whole grains are healthy and
      nutritious.
   
      The PALEO DIET emphasizes whole foods, fruit, nuts, seeds and vegetables. No processed food
       is not allowed. Sugar, dairy and grains have to be removed although in some versions these
       are allowed small amounts. Other versions allow cheese, butter, potatoes and sweet potatoes.

2. THE VEGAN DIET
     This diet eliminates all animal products. This diet is the strictest form of vegetarianism, This is
      it removes dairy, eggs and animal-derived products such as gelatin, honey, whey and some forms
      of vitamin D3.

   
                                  

      The VEGAN DIET seems to be very effective in weight lose. This diet does not include
       counting calories as it is very low in fat and high in fiber. The food you will eat will make
      you feel fuller for longer,


3. AFRICAN RED TEA FOR WEIGHT LOSS
    Red tea has many health benefits for the body. This tea consists of ROOIBOS leaves. Rooibos
    is a red bush from South Africa. The leaves are used once fermented in the tea's production,
    and they offer a range of health benefits.

    Red tea combines rooibos with a specific blend, working to reduce fat. Research has
    shown the components found in the rooibos plant, such as polyphenols and flavoids, reduce
    the formation of new fat cells by 22 percent. The tea significantly lowers dangerous fat found
    in the blood, such as triglyceride concentrations. Other blends such as green tea, although rich
    in antioxidants, do not have the same impact on fat cells or wight. The use of red tea

                                                    MAKING AFRICAN RED TEA
       
                                    Making African red tea is comparable to other herbal teas.
                                    Use approximately 1 1/2 teasoons of the red leaves to make
                                    an 8-ounce serving. Ensure the leaves are put in water that
                                    has just been boiled. allow the tea to steep for approximately
                                    six minutes. The longer you let it steep the stronger it will taste.
                                    To chill it out place it in the fridge. If you like fill a glass with
                                    ice cubes and add the red tea made from twice the concentration

4. ATKINS DIET
    The diet involves a  low a low-carb menu. There are four phases involved in this diet.
    The first phase involves eating 20 grams of carbs per day for two weeks. The other phases
     involve adding  more carbs into your diet until you reach your weight loss goal.

     When a person is on the ATKINS  DIET, their metabolism changes from burning glucose,
      or sugar, as a fuel to burning stored body fat. This change in the bodies metabolism is
      known as ketosis.
   
     This diet suggests you can loss weight by eating as much protein and fat as you like, as long
      as you avoid carbs. Effectively you loss weight because your appetite is reduced.

5.  KETOGENIC DIET
    A KETO or KETOGENIC DIET is a low-carb, high-fat diet that can help you burn fat more
    effectively. This diet is similar to the Atkins Diet. In this diet you will cut down you carb intake
    especially ones that are easy to digest such as sugar, soda, pasteries and white bread.

    There are many types of food you can eat on this diet. These include the following:
             -Seafood such as fish and shellfish. Salmon and sole very ketogenic friendly rich
               in B vitamins, potassium and selenium, yet almost carb free. These are also high
               omega 3 fats.
             -Cheese
             -Meat and Poultry contain no carbs and  are rich in B vitamins and minerals such
              zinc, selenium and potassium. Of course they are a great source of high quality
              protein. Grass feed meat is healthiest choice for the keto diet.
