5.  KETOGENIC DIET
    A KETO or KETOGENIC DIET is a low-carb, high-fat diet that can help you burn fat more
    effectively. This diet is similar to the Atkins Diet. In this diet you will cut down you carb intake
    especially ones that are easy to digest such as sugar, soda, pasteries and white bread.

    There are many types of food you can eat on this diet. These include the following:
