5. KETOGENIC DIET

KETOGENIC DIET is a low-carb, high-fat diet that can help you burn fat more
effectively. This diet is similar to the Atkins Diet. In this diet you will cut down you carb intake
especially ones that are easy to digest such as sugar, soda, pasteries and white bread.
There are many types of food you can eat on this diet. These include the following:
-Seafood such as fish and shellfish. Salmon and sole very ketogenic friendly rich
in B vitamins, potassium and selenium, yet almost carb free. These are also high
